今の業界は自宅作業を容認する傾向にありますが私は基本的に反対です。

なぜならスタッフ同士のコミュニケーションこそアニメーターを育てるからです。

特に２０代のアニメーターにとって自宅作業は百害あって一利無しです。

千人に一人とかの大天才なら話しは別ですが基本絵の描き方、演技、仕事の仕方は見て覚えるものです。

若いアニメーターは「描けない」と悩みがちですが当然至極、約20年間ほぼ皆が「我流」で描いていたはずで加えて動画や原画の描き方など専門の学校で学ぶ2〜4年以外教わる機会など無いはずで行き詰まるに決まっているのです。

そうなった場合、無尽蔵に練習出来ればいいでしょうが大抵仕事に追われてできないはず、そこで誰かに聞いてみるとか教わるという事が必要になって来るはずです。

しかしながら教え方があまり上手くない人や教えるのを嫌がる人もいます。

そうなって来ると最終手段「仕事を盗む」という手段しか残らなくなります。
